Article says leave your jeans, tees and caps at home, yet the photo gallery shows almost all the guys in... jeans, tees and caps. Do they have a dress policy or not? If they do, enforce it - and go out of business since no bar will survive in Rochester if you don't allow jeans. And if they don't have a dress policy, people will wear whatever they want and you won't be upscale simply by calling yourself upscale. It would be great if a truly upscale club could survive in Rochester but time & again it's been shown that it just can't. Oh but nothing says "upscale" like 2-for-1 Coor's Light specials!
