One night in the lives of three bartenders

We’ve all been there. So drunk you’re pouring your heart out to a bartender after a bad breakup, falling flat on your face after one too many shots of Patrón and drunk-dialing the last person you’d ever call sober.

While your embarrassing and drunken bar moments probably aren’t regular occurrences, every night bartenders see all the booze-filled madness — the most awkward, hilarious and cringe-worthy things you could imagine.

These three local mixologists kept journals of everything they saw over the course of a single weekend shift — from girls too drunk to read the menu to creating cocktails on the fly. Here's who shared their stories with us: Michael Banos, Joe Sirianni and Ashley Mittiga (pictured).
