This neighborhood bar and restaurant is located smack dab in the middle of the East End entertainment district. Besides a full bar and menu, the TVs at Matthew’s (200 East Ave.) are always tuned to college or professional sports. We also hear that this place is popular about former Niagara University students, who sometimes gather here for alumni events.
