Carroll's Bar and Restaurant

Mulconrys also carries several whiskey options in its full bar, from high-end Middletons ($15) to traditional, 12-year, and 8-year aged Jameson.The pub now offers shepherds pie ($10), bangers and mash ($11) and boxties ($11), a potato pancake, folded in half and stuffed with Irish favorites like corn beef and cabbage, and it's all located just feet from the Erie Canal.
