The Movies in the Park program offering free films at Highland and Ontario Beach parks will return in July. This year, the Monroe County Parks Department, through grants secured by state Sen. Joseph Robach and sponsorships from Toshiba Business Solutions and VA Solutions, the program will be free for the county and continue to be free for movie-goers.
"Our Movies in the Parks series gives residents the opportunity to experience big-screen motion pictures under the stars in two of our finest County Parks," said County Executive Maggie Brooks. "Even in today's tough economy, quality summertime entertainment doesn't have to be financially stressful."
