Jay’s Diner is one of Rochester’s few 24/7 eateries. Since 1966 they’ve been serving sandwich platters and heaping orders of fries. It’s called “The diner that never sleeps,” so naturally they’ll always have a fresh pot of coffee on. All meals come with large portions, and fountain drinks and coffee come with unlimited refills.
