Rohrbach Brewing Company is a restaurant and bar that's open 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. From about dinner time until close, the restaurant is bustling with customers coming in and out. It features American cuisine, and a lot of German specials as well. Saur Bratan is available on Saturdays and Pork schnitzel is available any night of the week. The restaurant also makes its own sauerkraut and German Potatoes. The brewery is actually part of the restaurant, so customers can look inside to see beer being brewed while waiting for their food.
