The New Orleans, La., Original Waterfront Barbecue Co., \\"Nola\\" as it is known to its customers, opened in 2004 and is known for the four-way combo plate, which includes a half rack of ribs, half a chicken, half a pound of pulled pork and half a pound of beef brisket. Nola's features a mix of Cajun and barbecue cuisine that caters to a family atmosphere. Nola's also has an open patio. The Velvet Room is a nightclub.
