Salena's Mexican Restaurant is located in Village Gate Plaza, and is definitely known for its margaritas! They have over 70 different tequilas, and offer a full bar. Salena's serves full service, Mexican cuisine with outside seating. Smoking is permitted at the outside bar, and is very busy on the weekends. There is live music in the Village Gate courtyard on Fridays nights. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is knowledgeable, and fast. It's a great place to eat, drink and have a good time. Signature Dish – Mexican Flag: Salena's Mexican Flag let's you experience a myriad of enchilada flavors representing colors on the Mexican flag. The dish features one chicken enchilada “white style” which is served with a heavy cream, cheese sauce, as well as one pork enchilada served “green style” with a green tomatillo sauce, and one beef enchilada, “enchilada style”. The dish is served up with rice and beans.
