There is live music in the Village Gate courtyard on Fridays nights. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is knowledgeable, and fast. It's a great place to eat, drink and have a good time. Signature Dish Mexican Flag: Salena's Mexican Flag let's you experience a myriad of enchilada flavors representing colors on the Mexican flag. The dish features one chicken enchilada white style which is served with a heavy cream, cheese sauce, as well as one pork enchilada served green style with a green tomatillo sauce, and one beef enchilada, enchilada style. The dish is served up with rice and beans.

Events include a monthly wine tasting on the first Tuesday of every month, free salsa dancing lessons every Thursday night and live music on Saturday nights. Tapas One Seventy Seven serves dinner Monday through Thursday from 5:00p.m. to 12:00p.m., Friday and Saturday from 5:00p.m. to 12:30p.m. and Sunday from 5:00p.m. to 10:00p.m.
The King and I
1455 East Henrietta Road - RochesterThe best part of the menu was the first page, with explanations of 25 Thai dishes and seasonings so that unfamiliar descriptions -- for example, "evil jungle prince" (green beans and bamboo with herbs and spices in a hot spicy coconut sauce) and "masamaun" (yellow curry and coconut with onion potato and peanuts). Most of the lunch specials are $8.50 and come with the soup of the day, like lemongrass, and steamed rice. Other than the appetizers and side dishes, only seven items from the restaurant's extensive menu, which includes plenty of vegetarian fare, are cheaper. Any listing with a picture of a pepper next to it can be ordered as hot and spicy, very hot and spicy, very, very hot and spicy, or extra hot and spicy.
