When Havana Moe's guests want to satisfy their desire to smoke, they don't need to interrupt their fun and exit outside into inclement weather. The bar and cigar shop qualifies for an exemption under the New York State smoking law and is one of the few bars in Rochester where smoking is permitted. The atmosphere is casual and friendly. Cigars are sold on the premise and the alcohol choices include bottled beers, wines and wide variety of liquor.
